Even in Manisa, even if we add all these works on top of each other, there is still a need that cannot be met. We need to meet and fulfill this workforce need somehow, so that we contribute to the development of the country’s economy and the provincial economy by increasing our production while making the unemployed have jobs. I would like to thank all my friends who contributed to the project and wish the protocol to be auspicious.”

Metropolitan Mayor Cengiz ERGÜN, on the other hand, stated that the important thing in his speech is to protect our youth, schools and children in Manisa and to enable them to have a better future; “In this sense, it is a pleasure for us to have such a cooperation with the private sector, public, institutions and non-governmental organizations within the scope of the Manisa Education Industry Cooperation Project under the presidency of our Honorable Governor Yaşar Karadeniz and our Industrial Park. In this context, employment is one of our policies based on our growth, excellence, transformation and sustainability strategies. With our activities to support women, disabled, vocational and technical employment, we offer a great opportunity not only for our region, but also for our Manisa province and our country’s industry. As Manisa IP, we host more than 200 domestic and foreign companies, including leading players in various sectors. It is very important to use the employment resource in the most effective way for both our present and our future. Young people will have the chance to discover employment opportunities with this awareness project, which will primarily provide secondary and vocational high school students located in the center of Manisa, the opportunity to get to know the Manisa Industrial Park and affect their career choices. It is of great importance here to direct our children, who will build our future, in the right direction in business life.”
