In addition to being a Park that prepares all the energy infrastructure that the industrialist will need in the production process before they start to invest and offers this service at the highest quality and at an affordable cost, we are in a position to meet the overall needs of our industrialists with our investments in the fields of education and social services. In our Park, which is the best example of new generation IPs; The investment costs of electricity, steam and hot water produced in our Power Plant are met by our Park and delivered to the door of our Industrialists. Our Logistics Center, which is the first Logistics Village of Turkey, transports the goods of our Industrialists to the ports via the railway, our Industrialists benefit from our open and closed warehouse areas and can finalize their transactions in a short time at the Customs Directorate located in our Logistics Center. In addition to infrastructure services, the students of our Technical and Industrial Vocational High School, which we established in order to train qualified workforce, which is one of the important needs of our industrialists, can start business life in our regional companies after graduation. In addition, employee trainings are also provided in our school. In addition to our infrastructure and education efforts, the most important of our investments in social terms was to realize our kindergarten, where women employees in our Park will entrust their pre-school children in order to ensure that they are at work in peace. Our nursery with a capacity of 140 students continues to serve at full capacity in accordance with the working hours of mothers working in our region. The last project we have implemented is our living space located in our campus area, which we established to meet the needs of employees to get away from the work environment for a moment and to be motivated. With its cafes and restaurants, MOSPARK is a living space where both the employees in our Region and our guests who come to our Park for business will have a pleasant time. As the Regional Management, we continue our efforts to make new investments by taking our projects in education and social fields one step further.
