HMS Makina was first established in 1979 to produce high precision turning parts for the automotive industry. It started production for the aviation industry in 2001, and expanded its production capacity and capability by moving to the Çiğli/İzmir facility in 2005. In 2012, it entered into a restructuring and after completing this, it moved to its new location in Manisa in November 2013.
Today, it has become one of the leading and important processing companies that produce many different products for its distinguished customers, especially in the Aviation and Energy sectors. HMS Manisa is located on an area of 36,250 m2, of which 23,500 m2 is a production area, with 380 highly skilled employees. At the same time, the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey has an Apprenticeship School as the Manisa Vocational Training Center HMS Machinery Branch and trains its own skilled workers. More than 70 percent of its total sales consist of exports to large Tier 1 companies in Europe. With the approvals it has received from major OEM and Tier 1 suppliers such as Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier, it applies the Surface Treatment, NDT, Shot Peened, Paint, Assembly processes, which are the finishing processes, after the machining / chipless manufacturing processes for the components and parts used in the Aviation and Industry, and completes the entire production process within its own structure.
