Manisa IP Regional Directorate started to serve its industrialists on September 27, 2014 in its new administration building in MOSPARK, the foundation of which was laid on April 9, 2013. Over time, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, markets and IP PTT branch took their places in MOSPARK.

In MOSPARK, on an area of approximately 50,000 m², the total construction area is 15,300 m². 8.000 m² of this is the administration building. There is an indoor car park of 4.500 m² with a capacity of approximately 100 vehicles, and a technical services building of 800 m², where the fire department, laboratory and security units are located in MOSPARK.

The nursery and day care center with a capacity of 140 children, established on an area of 1,400 m², opened its doors to preschool children in November 2014.

Alsancak Bakery Products, Litany Italian Restaurant, Litany Cafe, Örenay Kebap and Palet Restaurant serve with products suitable for the palate of its guests in MOSPARK, which has 5 shops on an area of 250 m² and a cafe and restaurant area on an 820 m² area.

Continuing its activities in its new location on an area of 1,200 m², the MIP MED Joint Health and Safety Unit continues to provide services in a wider range with the title of medical center.

The Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology continues its activities in its new 1100 m² place in MOSPARK.
