Speaking at the program, MIP Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Mustafa Sarıgözoğlu stated that they experience the happiness and pride of being together with the families of martyrs and veterans this year at the iftar dinner that Manisa Industrial Park makes every year in Ramadan.

Sarıgözoğlu said, “We once again commemorate our martyrs who fought for the defense of the homeland and reached the level of martyrdom in this blessed month of Ramadan, with mercy, and wish their families patience and long life to our veterans. The blessed month of Ramadan is a very holy month for us, where resentments are forgotten, friendships are strengthened, bonds of love are strengthened, and the boundaries of tolerance are widened as much as possible. This month, we are exhibiting the best examples of helping and solidarity as a nation. However, we hear with great sadness the news of the persecution of our Muslim brothers and sisters in this blessed month in different parts of the world. Our cooperation carries a great meaning and value so that this persecution will come to an end as soon as possible.

Iftar meals, which have become traditional in our region, bring many people together and increase familiarity and solidarity. We have become a big family with our fast-breaking dinners since 2008. This year, we wanted to make a change and host you in a different venue. Because those blessed people who raised our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this country, you and our esteemed veterans are very precious to us and it is a debt of gratitude for us to host you in the best way possible. I would like to thank each and every one of you, for the families of our martyrs and our heroic veterans, for participating in our fast-breaking dinner and making us experience this happiness and excitement once again this year.”

In his speech, Manisa Governor Erdoğan Bektaş stated that they are used to hosting the families of martyrs and veterans in Manisa Industrial Park every Ramadan month, and said, “We share a really nice environment, a nice atmosphere. We would like to thank our Industrial Park for this beautiful organization. We commemorate our martyrs, to whom we owe this beautiful environment, with mercy, gratitude and gratitude. I hope they are in heaven. We wish mercy to our veterans who have passed away to eternity, and we wish a healthy long life to those who are among us. Relatives of our martyrs, veterans and their relatives are of course entrusted to us, of course we have to see all kinds of their services. Our Industrial Park also does its part with kindness, they bring us together with these valuable people in this beautiful environment, I thank everyone again, I greet you all with respect and love with the wish that your fasts will be accepted.”

Governor Bektaş, who is closely interested in the families of martyrs and veterans at the fast-breaking dinner, chatted with 90-year-old Korean Veteran Mehmet Sıddık Kanşıray for a while and listened to their problems.
